Charlestown extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Anthony Fresh. The Charlestown Pirates blew past the Austin Eagles 61-40 on Monday thanks in part to Fresh, who went 9 for 14 to rack up 22 points along with five steals and three blocks. The game was his sixth in a row with at least 17 points.

Charlestown's record now sits at 14-5. As for Austin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Charlestown will challenge Floyd Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Charlestown's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matchups. As for Austin, they will take on Switzerland County at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
