Bridgeport is 9-0-1 against Grafton since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Indians will head out to square off against the Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Bridgeport is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of West Virginia's top teams: East Fairmont, who was ranked third at the time (Bridgeport was ranked 17th). The Indians lost 5-0 to the Bees on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Grafton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Robert C. Byrd.

Grafton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Bridgeport, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7-1.

Bridgeport beat Grafton 2-0 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indians since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
