Basketball Game Preview: Altamont Knights vs. Midfield Patriots

Altamont hasn't had much luck against Midfield recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Altamont Knights will head out to face off against the Midfield Patriots at 6:30 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Altamont is headed into Wednesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Friday. They took a 61-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of Comer.

Meanwhile, after a string of 11 wins, Midfield's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell 55-44 to Huffman.

Midfield's loss dropped their record down to 18-5. As for Altamont, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-17.

Altamont was taken down by Midfield 61-27 in their previous matchup last Monday. Can Altamont avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
