North County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Festus Tigers, falling 46-21. On the bright side, the 21- point performance marked the Raiders' highest-scoring game to date.

North County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Festus, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. North County will venture away from home to face off against Windsor at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders will be up against the Owls' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Festus, they are taking a road trip to challenge De Smet Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
