Michael Sievers turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Monday. He didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Christian Brothers is 4-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 6-7 otherwise.

Sievers' strong effort led Christian Brothers over Chaminade and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
