Whitman won the last time they faced Wheaton and things went their way on Thursday too. The Whitman Vikings came out on top against the Wheaton Knights by a score of 63-54. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Whitman's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Titian DeRosa, who went 6 of 10 on his way to 17 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan Rice, who went 5 of 8 on his way to 11 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.

Whitman now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Wheaton, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Whitman will welcome Kennedy at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday. As for Wheaton, they will face off against Poolesville on Saturday.
