Oakland Tech and Saint Mary are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2018, but likely not for long. The Oakland Tech Bulldogs will host the Saint Mary's Panthers at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Oakland Tech's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 10-0 margin over Washington. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Hayden Burton was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Issac Estow, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Saint Mary's kicked off their season on Friday but they'll have to wait until their next matchup for a more definitive result. They and Moreau Catholic finished up their game with a 0-0 draw.

Oakland Tech was able to grind out a solid win over Saint Mary's in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, winning 6-3. Will Oakland Tech repeat their success, or does Saint Mary's have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
