Recap: Red Level Tigers vs. Georgiana Panthers
Even though the Red Level Tigers have not done well against the Georgiana Panthers recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Red Level walked away with a 56-46 victory over Georgiana. This was payback for Red Level, who suffered a 75-63 defeat the last time these two teams met.
The win got Red Level back to even at 6-6. As for Georgiana, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.
Red Level will head out on the road to face off against Shields at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Alabama (Shields is ranked 292nd, while Red Level is ranked 302nd). As for Georgiana, they will be playing in front of their home fans against McKenzie at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. McKenzie comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
