Gulf Pointe Latin won the last time they faced Covenant Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Gladiators blew past Covenant Christian 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Gladiators.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Gulf Pointe Latin took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-12, 25-13.

Gulf Pointe Latin's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gulf Pointe Latin will square off against Pensacola Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Covenant Christian, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against East Hill Christian at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th.
