Baseball Recap: Lamar Takes a Loss

Lamar lost against Pueblo East back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Lamar took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pueblo East.

Lamar saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alex Santos, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Ayden Hose also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Lamar's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Pueblo East, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Lamar has already played their next game, a 15-12 victory against La Junta on the 29th. As for Pueblo East, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-3 win against Sterling on the 29th.
