Basketball Recap: Dale Shaffer and Kain Jurgajtis Secure Win for Falls City

There's no place like home for Falls City, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against the Charlotte Trojans by a score of 54-44 on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Beavers also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Leading Falls City to victory were Kain Jurgajtis and Dale Shaffer. Jurgajtis went 8 for 16 on his way to 17 points in addition to seven steals and six assists, while Shaffer went 8 for 15 on his way to 20 points and three steals. That's the most steals Shaffer has posted since back in December of 2024. Riley Ehrlich was another key player, putting up nine points and five rebounds.
