Baseball Recap: Asher Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Asher extended their winning streak to four on Thursday, bumping them up to 9-2. They never let the Warner Eagles get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. 11 seems to be a good number for the Indians as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

As for Warner, they dropped their record down to 4-13 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, their shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

For Warner's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dalton Carter, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one double.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Asher will venture away from home to take on Verden at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Warner, they will head out to face off against Crowder at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
