Soccer Recap: Marian Catholic Comes Up Short

Marian Catholic was not able to make up for their loss to Tri-Valley from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Marian Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Tri-Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Marian Catholic will be playing in front of their home fans against Tamaqua at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Tri-Valley, they will venture away from home to square off against Minersville at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Tri-Valley's defense better be ready for this one: Minersville have averaged an impressive 4.8 goals per game this season.
