Toppenish has gone 9-1 against Quincy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Toppenish Wildcats will face off against the Quincy Jackrabbits at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Toppenish is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Grandview on Saturday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. 2025 welcomed Toppenish with an 80-56 loss courtesy of Grandview. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 185th, while the Greyhounds are ranked 31st).

Meanwhile, Quincy came up short against Ellensburg on Friday and fell 63-52. The Jackrabbits have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Toppenish has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Quincy, they now also have a losing record at 5-6.

Everything went Toppenish's way against Quincy in their previous meeting back in February of 2020, as Toppenish made off with an 84-63 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Toppenish since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
