Logan extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 5-5. They blew past the Wayne Pioneers 11-0. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by seven runs or more this season.

As for Wayne, they dropped their record down to 5-10 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, their shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

For Wayne's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colten Heck, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Logan has already played their next game (against Clay County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Wayne, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 5-1 loss against St. Joseph Central on the 18th.
