Basketball Recap: Peekskill Comes Up Short

Peekskill lost against John Jay back in January of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Peekskill Red Devils took a blow against the John Jay Wolves, falling 63-34.

Peekskill now has a losing record at 3-4. As for John Jay, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Peekskill will venture away from home to face off against Eastchester at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Peekskill is facing Eastchester at the right time seeing as Eastchester is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for John Jay, they will face off against East New York Family Academy at 4:30 p.m. on January 15th.
