Softball Game Preview: Covina Colts vs. Monrovia Wildcats

The Covina Colts will square off against the Monrovia Wildcats at 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Covina and four for Monrovia.

Covina saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 4-1 to Santiago.

Meanwhile, Monrovia lost 14-1 to San Dimas on Saturday.

Monrovia saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aubrey Myers, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Covina now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Monrovia, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.
