Baseball Recap: Northwest Comes Up Short

The Northwest Vikings lost 10-3 to the Creek Wood Red Hawks on Friday. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northwest saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joshua Tharpe, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Northwest's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Creek Wood, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northwest will venture away from home to square off against Coffee County Central at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Creek Wood, they are taking a road trip to challenge Siegel at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
