Rosewood won the last time they faced C.B. Aycock, and Khiry Reese did her part to make sure it happened again. The Eagles walked away with a 3-1 win over the Golden Falcons on Tuesday with plenty of help from Reese, who had 16 digs and two aces. She has been hot, having posted 13 or more digs the last six times she's played.

Rosewood had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-13, 26-24, 25-11.

Rosewood's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Bella Mazura, who had 17 assists and nine digs.

Rosewood has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Rosewood will head out on the road to face off against Neuse Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for C.B. Aycock, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on J.H. Rose at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
