Volleyball Recap: Patriot Prep Academy Comes Up Short on the Road Against Granville Christian Academy

Patriot Prep Academy kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 3-0 to Granville Christian Academy.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-9, 25-13.

Despite the loss, Patriot Prep Academy still got an impressive performance from Lesly Gonzalez Guevara, who had four aces and one assist.

Granville Christian Academy pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Patriot Prep Academy will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Cristo Rey at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Granville Christian Academy, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Bishop Rosecrans at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
