Baseball Recap: Saratoga Falcons vs. Prospect Panthers

Saratoga had lost three straight on the road, but on Saturday they dropped their record down to 4-11 to make it four. They came up short against the Prospect Panthers, falling 13-3. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2023.

Aiden Chen made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run and one double. Max Dubin also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Those four hits gave Pollace a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Smith, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Saratoga will challenge MacDonald at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Prospect, they will take on Evergreen Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
