Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Anaconda). They blew past the Kellogg Wildcats 66-26 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Copperheads.

Kellogg's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Porter Lewis, who threw for 203 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and Andrew Lewis, who gained 149 total yards and two touchdowns. Andrew also rushed for 124 rushing yards, which is notable because the Wildcats are 2-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 0-3 otherwise.

Anaconda's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Kellogg, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Anaconda will square off against Florence-Carlton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons' defense has only allowed 14.4 points per game this season, so the Copperheads' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Kellogg, they will face off against Grangeville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
