Dyersburg won the last time they faced Poplar Bluff and things went their way on Saturday too. The Dyersburg Trojans simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Poplar Bluff Mules 65-31. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 games by 20 points or more this season.

Chelby Jordan continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7 for 12 en route to 16 points and eight steals. The contest was her third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joya Crawford, who went 5 of 8 on her way to 11 points.

Dyersburg smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in seven consecutive matches.

Dyersburg's win bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Poplar Bluff, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season.

Dyersburg will take on Obion County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Poplar Bluff has already played their next contest (against Mehlville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
