Basketball Recap: Philip Simmons Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Philip Simmons Iron Horses took a blow against the Carolina Forest Panthers, falling 47-9. The contest marked the Iron Horses' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Harper Cohen was Philip Simmons' leading scorer, having posted four points. Germany Moore held things down on the boards with seven rebounds.

Philip Simmons has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Carolina Forest, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-2.
