Soccer Game Preview: West Fork vs. Crosby

West Fork hasn't had much luck against Crosby recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Gators are taking a road trip to square off against the Cougars at 12:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty goal totals in their previous games.

West Fork took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand Pasadena an 8-0 shutout. The win continues a trend for West Fork in their matchups with Pasadena: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Crosby made easy work of Pasadena on Friday and carried off a 7-0 victory. Considering Crosby have won ten matches by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

West Fork's win bumped their record up to 11-12-1. As for Crosby, their victory bumped their record up to 15-7.

West Fork couldn't quite get it done against Crosby when the teams last played back in February as they fell 2-0. Can the Gators avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
