Basketball Recap: Cameron Rosas Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Wiley

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Kim/Branson on Thursday. They blew past the Wiley Panthers 74-51. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kim/Branson to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cameron Rosas, who went 8 for 14 on his way to 19 points and seven steals. Rosas is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kolter Cranson, who posted 20 points along with eight rebounds and four steals.

The victory made it two in a row for Kim/Branson and bumps their season record up to 6-3. As for Wiley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Kim/Branson will challenge La Veta at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Kim/Branson is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.4 points per game this season. As for Wiley, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Walsh at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
