Soccer Recap: Greendale Wins Going Away Against Burlington

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greendale). They were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the Burlington Demons on Friday. With Greendale ahead 4-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

The win got Greendale back to even at 2-2. As for Burlington, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Greendale will square off against Nicolet at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Burlington, they will take on Brookfield Central at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
