Football Recap: Shawnee Comes Up Short

Shawnee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Brookville Blue Devils 49-7. The Braves were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-0.

Shawnee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Brookville, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Shawnee will venture away from home to take on Tecumseh at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Brookville, they will square off against Northridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
