Volleyball Preview: Dell Rapids Quarriers vs. Beresford Watchdogs        
        
		
             The Dell Rapids Quarriers will be staying on the road  on Tuesday to face off against the Beresford Watchdogs at 7:15  p.m. Both  are strolling into their  matchups after big wins in their previous games.
 Last Tuesday, Dell Rapids got the win against Madison  by a conclusive  3-0.
 Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Dell Rapids took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-12,  25-15.
 Dell Rapids' success was spearheaded by the efforts of   Alaina Wolff, who  had 13  digs, and   Sophi Randall, who  hit 62.5% for five  kills and ten  digs and 25  assists. Randall is  on a roll when it comes to  assists, as she's  now  posted 16 or more in the last 16 games she's  played.
 Dell Rapids  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 11  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least five  aces in three consecutive  contests.
 Meanwhile, Beresford posted their biggest  win since September 9, 2023 on Tuesday. They blew past Vermillion 3-0.
 Beresford was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21,  25-11.
 Dell Rapids' victory was  their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 26-3. As for Beresford, their win bumped their record up to 14-17.
 Everything went Dell Rapids' way against Beresford in their previous meeting  back in October of 2023, as Dell Rapids made off with  a  3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Dell Rapids since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
