Geneva won the last time they faced TMI-Episcopal and things went their way on Saturday too. The Eagles walked away with a 45-38 win over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Caleb Quitadamo continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 272 yards and four touchdowns. Shae McNew also helped out as he racked up 110 rushing yards.

TMI-Episcopal's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Maximiliano Pena, who rushed for 170 yards and one score, and also picked up 30 receiving yards. The Panthers also got help from Brody Worrich, who showed off his sure hands for 134 receiving yards.

Geneva's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for TMI-Episcopal, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.

Geneva will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against John Paul II at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th. The Eagles will be up against the Centurions' rather soft defense (which has allowed 48.63 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for TMI-Episcopal, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-21 defeat against Tomball Christian HomeSchool on the 31st.
