Soccer Recap: Westside Comes Up Short

On Tuesday, the Westside Wolverines came up short against the San Jose Prep Storm and fell 3-1.

Westside dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for San Jose Prep, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 1-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Westside and ED White will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 7:20 p.m. on January 9, 2025. As for San Jose Prep, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Seacoast Christian Academy on January 5, 2025. San Jose Prep is facing Seacoast Christian Academy at the right time seeing as Seacoast Christian Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
