Baseball Recap: Irvington Preparatory Academy's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Irvington Preparatory Academy entered their tilt with Indiana School for the Deaf on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Deaf Hoosiers with a sharp 19-1 victory. This was payback for Irvington Preparatory Academy, who suffered a 23-5 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Brayden Meredith and Aiden Pollock made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound, Meredith tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Pollock struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave Meredith a new career-high in strikeouts (five).
