Softball Recap: Gallia Academy Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Gallia Academy posted their closest win since April 22, 2024 on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 15-13 victory over the Fairfield Union Falcons. For the Blue Devils, this counts as revenge for the 13-11 win the Falcons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2023.

The team relied heavily on Reagan Skidmore, who went 3-for-5 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaelyn Kemper, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one run and one RBI.
