Basketball Recap: Evansville Falls Short of Edgerton in the Playoffs

Evansville and Edgerton squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Evansville had to settle for second. They fell to the Edgerton Crimson Tide 44-39. The Blue Devils haven't had much luck with the Crimson Tide recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Evansville's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Edgerton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-2 record this season.

Evansville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Edgerton has already played their next match (against Turner), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
