Basketball Recap: Taravella Takes a Loss

After flying high against Stranahan last Tuesday, Taravella came back down to earth. The Taravella Trojans were outmatched by the Stoneman Douglas Eagles and fell 64-26. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Taravella's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Stoneman Douglas, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-7.

Taravella has already played their next match, a 46-36 victory against Boyd Anderson on the 27th. As for Stoneman Douglas, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 58-29 loss against Northeast on the 23rd.
