Soccer Recap: Credo Triumphs

After losing to Point Arena the last time they met, Credo decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Gryphon won by a goal and slipped past the Pirates 2-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Credo were the better team in the second half.

Credo's win bumped their record up to 5-2-2. As for Point Arena, they now have a losing record of 3-4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Credo is set to challenge their familiar foe Tomales at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Point Arena will square off against rival Calistoga at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
