Basketball Recap: Pittsburg Takes a Loss

Pittsburg was the 69-68 winner over Moultonborough Academy when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Pittsburg Panthers were just a bucket shy of victory on Wednesday and fell 52-51 to the Moultonborough Academy Panthers.

Pittsburg's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Moultonborough Academy, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pittsburg will challenge Lin-Wood at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Lin-Wood has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 190 points over their last three matchups. Moultonborough Academy has already played their next contest (against Inter-Lakes), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
