Baseball Recap: Northshore Panthers vs. Covington Lions
The third road game was the charm for Northshore, as they earned their first road win of the season. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Covington Lions an 8-0 shutout on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Panthers have posted against the Lions since April 9, 2019.
Cale Bricker looked comfortable as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit every time he's pitched this season.
