Basketball Recap: Sturgeon Takes a Loss

Sturgeon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 53-29 to the South Callaway Bulldogs.

Sturgeon's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for South Callaway, they moved to 7-11 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Sturgeon will host Wellsville-Middletown at 5:30 p.m. on February 6th. As for South Callaway, they will challenge Eugene at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. South Callaway is facing Eugene at the right time seeing as Eugene is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
