Volleyball Recap: Chelsea Comes Up Short

Chelsea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Lynn Classical Rams. The Red Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-12, 17-25, 25-22, 25-16.

Long Pham was nothing short of spectacular for Lynn Classical: he had 18 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Pham has posted over his last six matchups.

Chelsea's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Lynn Classical, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chelsea will welcome Somerville at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. The Highlanders will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Red Devils surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lynn Classical, they will be playing at home against Revere at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
