Soccer Recap: Central Catholic Comes Up Short

Central Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against the Patterson Tigers, falling 8-0. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-1 back in December of 2024.

Central Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Patterson, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-0-4 record this season.

Central Catholic will welcome Mountain House at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Patterson, they will head out to take on Manteca at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Patterson is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.
