Basketball Recap: DSST: Cedar Piles Up the Points Against DSST: Green Valley Ranch

DSST: Cedar's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the DSST: Green Valley Ranch Raptors 54-10. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Leading DSST: Cedar to victory were Amaya Paul and Rimaad Vidow. Paul went 8 of 10 en route to 17 points and six steals, while Vidow dropped a double-double on 12 points and 16 boards. Vidow is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played. Hannah Rhodes was another key player, putting up 11 points and four steals.

DSST: Cedar's record now sits at 8-6. As for DSST: Green Valley Ranch, they dropped their record down to 1-12 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

DSST: Cedar will challenge Bruce Randolph at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for DSST: Green Valley Ranch, they will square off against Manual at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
