Licking barely beat Dixon the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Wildcats blew past the Bulldogs 12-2 on Friday. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by six runs or more this season.

Licking pushed their record up to 13-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Dixon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8.

Coincidentally, Licking and Dixon will both be playing South Callaway the next time they take the field. The Wildcats will head out to face the Bulldogs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bulldogs will head out to face them at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
