Basketball Recap: Hill-Murray Takes a Loss

Hill-Murray was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They fell 64-54 to the Simley Spartans. The Pioneers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Spartans earlier this season, when they won 55-43.

Hill-Murray's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Simley, their victory ended an 18-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-12.

Hill-Murray didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 77-59 defeat against Hastings on the 4th. Simley has also already played their next contest, a 61-41 loss against North on the 4th.
