Volleyball Recap: Gladewater Comes Up Short

Gladewater was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Palmer Bulldogs.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19.

Gladewater's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Palmer, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Coming up, Gladewater will be playing in front of their home fans against Carlisle at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Palmer, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Maypearl on the 16th.
