Recap: South Kitsap Wolves vs. Bethel Bison
After flying high against the Graham-Kapowsin Eagles on Thursday, the South Kitsap Wolves came back down to earth. South Kitsap fell to Bethel 53-49. South Kitsap was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Bethel apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February.
Despite the loss, South Kitsap still got an impressive performance from Kamdyn Hagerty, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 15 rebounds. The game was Hagerty's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Grace Degarimore was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals.
South Kitsap's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Bethel, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
South Kitsap will be home for the holidays to greet Sumner at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bethel is on the road again on Monday and play against Hazen at 7:15 p.m. on December 11th. Hopefully Hazen focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Saturday.
