Baseball Recap: Danbury Hatters vs. Manchester Red Hawks

Danbury had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Manchester Red Hawks 5-4. That's more bragging rights for Danbury, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Charlie Solimine tossed a big game, striking out 12 batters over five innings while giving up four earned runs off four hits.
