Soccer Recap: Nebraska City Comes Up Short

Nebraska City lost against Ralston back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pioneers came up short against the Rams, falling 4-1. Nebraska City have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Zander Brasuhn, which was the first he's scored this season.

Nebraska City's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Ralston, they moved to 2-4 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Nebraska City wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 4-1 loss against Aurora on the 15th. As for Ralston, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-2 defeat against Roncalli Catholic on the 12th.
