Football Recap: Suwannee Takes a Loss

Suwannee fell victim to Columbia and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They took a 6-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Suwannee has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season. As for Columbia, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-5.

Coming up, Suwannee is taking a road trip to face off against Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Columbia, they will host Keystone Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
