Baseball Recap: Bedford Comes Up Short

Bedford was the 4-3 winner over Skyline when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Kicking Mules fell 9-5 to the Eagles on Monday. The Kicking Mules have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bedford saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Griffin Brush, who went 1-for-2 with two runs. Braylon Czarnik was another, going 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Bedford's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Skyline, they now have a winning record of 6-5-1.

While Bedford had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
